The desalination of seawater is processed in the following three steps: (1) Warm surface seawater flaws into a depressurized flash chamber. (2) A portion of the warm surface seawater evaporates instantly in the chamber. (3) The vapor obtained in the chamber is cooled and condensed by the cold deep seawater.
Special plate type heat exchanger and Spray Flash Evaporation Method makes it possible to make desalination with only 5℃ temperature difference, which had long been thought too small for desalination purposes.
The quality of fresh water distillated by this system is equivalent to the high quality water such as distilled water.
