I was born in Saga and wish to enrich my life through learning and living here in Saga. In order to realize "Saga" in the world, I expect back-up of Saga University, which has already been studying feasibility of an Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) at Institute of Ocean Energy in the city of Imari, Saga Prefecture. If the plant of OTEC is constructed and operated in Okinotorishima Island in the near future, Saga University will become the one that opens the way to solve the environmental problems all over the world. I have great expectations of development of Imari-shi, researching the ocean energy and aiming at the industrial and physical distributions center by way of the utilization of ports and harbors facilities.
